Before joining Brainloop in 2025, Dirk Pfefferle held several executive leadership roles at international technology companies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS)Prior to that, he held senior positions at DXC Technology and HiveMQ, with a strong focus on IT modernization, SaaS sales, and customer-centric innovation. In addition to his corporate roles, Dirk Pfefferle is Co-Founder and Initiator of Wirtschaftsgipfel Digitalisierung, a peer-to-peer business network that brings together founders, digital leaders, and decision-makers to advance digital transformation in the German Mittelstand. Dirk is a Member of Rotary, certified SCRUM Master. He is also engaged in multiple industry groups in Germany.
